  5. INSTALLATION

  8. ZIP file contains two files: README.TXT (this file) and SETUP.EXE.
  9. Running SETUP.EXE will install Waver application on your computer.

  11. SHAREWARE
  12. =========

  14. This program is shareware. More precisely it is trialware (try before
  15. you buy). By installing Waver you are granted a 30-day trial period
  16. for evaluation. After this period the program will have a limited
  17. functionality and in random cases produce noisy output.
  18.  
  19. You are prompted to register after the expiration of this trial
  20. period (or sooner if preferred). Registration will remove all locks
  21. and enable all program's features.

  23. DISTRIBUTION STATUS

  26. This program is freely distributable as long as the original ZIP
  27. archive and its contents are not changed.

  29. WAVER PURPOSE
  30. =============

  32. Waver converts WAV/MP3 files to WAV/MP3 using Windows ACM, Blade
  33. MP3 encoder and LAME MP3 encoder. Waver is a multiprocessor
  34. converter. It will always utilize a 100% of your processors' time. It is also
  35. a batch converter because it can be configured to run minimized and consume
  36. only your machines idle time leaving the rest to your normal operation.
